Information collected

When you submit a quotation request, we collect the information you enter or upload, including:

• Name and company
• Work email and other contact information you provide
• Project requirements, drawings, quantities, and related messages
• Uploaded CAD drawings and other supported files

How information is used

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• Quotation evaluation
• Engineering communication
• Project discussion
• Customer support

Uploaded technical files

Uploaded technical files are used only for quotation and project communication. Files are routed with the inquiry through the email or webhook configured to receive quotation requests.

Email is not an end-to-end encrypted file-transfer system. Do not submit export-controlled data, trade secrets, or highly confidential designs before arranging an NDA and an approved secure transfer method.

Retention

We retain information only as necessary for business communication and service purposes.

Analytics and advertising choices

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and campaign-measurement technologies only after you grant the relevant optional permission. Before that choice, Google tracking tags are not loaded.

Analytics helps us understand how the site and quotation journey are used. Advertising measurement helps us understand whether a campaign leads to a completed quotation request. After consent, Google may process page and referral information, campaign details, device and browser information, approximate location, online identifiers, and interaction events. Google may process this information outside your country under its own privacy terms.

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, or uploaded file names to Google Analytics. Review Google's privacy policy for information about its processing.
